Returns

• You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty products.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
